What is Kinetic Alignment Training?

Kinetic Alignment Training is a unique approach to bodywork that combines Liv's years of experience as a massage therapist and fitness specialist to help you return to correct alignment, age gracefully, prevent injury, and enjoy your life to the fullest.  KAT utilizes NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) based Corrective Exercise protocols to identify specific areas of restriction in the body, as well as overactive and underactive muscles, to create a plan that is specific to your body's individual needs.

After initial assessment, Liv will work with you to create an exercise and stretching routine that is specifically designed to fit into your busy schedule to achieve maximal results.  Unlike traditional personal training, KAT is not meant to replace your regular workout routine.  Rather the goal of KAT is to bring you into a more in-depth awareness of your own body, and to equip you with the tools you need to be more effective in all of life's daily activities.
